Rev. Dr. Brenda Thompson is the Founder and Executive Director of Metamorphus Training Academy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities by connecting adults and children with vital resources. Under her leadership, the Academy offers free continuing education classes, GED programs for adults, youth tutoring services, and sponsors private schools to expand educational opportunities.

In addition to her nonprofit work, Dr. Thompson is a seasoned entrepreneur. She is the owner of Econo Energy Consultants, a hydrogeology consulting firm, and co-owner of Ronald O Rogers, Inc, a business consulting company that supports organizational growth and strategy. Dr. Thompson also serves as Administrator for 100 Black Men of Greater Orlando, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Through this role, she helps ensure that students graduating from the historic Jones High School who successfully complete the Project Success Programare awarded scholarships and receive continuous support throughout their undergraduate enrollment.

A woman of deep faith and service, Dr. Thompson is an ordained pastor and currently serves as Co-Pastor of St. Paul AME Church in Winter Garden, Florida. She has been instrumental in leading her congregation’s community outreach efforts, including launching the church’s weekly food drive in 2012 in partnership with Second Harvest Food Pantry. This program continues to provide essential support to families in need across Central Florida.

Dr. Thompson holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Ph.D. in Advanced Human Studies and Behavior, and General Human Behavior, reflecting her lifelong commitment to scholarship and leadership.

Beyond her professional and pastoral work, she is most proud of her role as a mother of two adult children and grandmother to three beloved grandchildren. She continues to dedicate her life to service, education, and faith, living out her mission to inspire and uplift others through every facet of her work.

Kellee Hayes is a woman shaped by resilience, faith, and an unwavering love for family. Growing up in a challenging and dysfunctional environment, she learned early the weight of loneliness and struggle—but those same experiences forged her strength, compassion, and determination to make a difference. What once felt like isolation became the foundation of her calling to serve others with empathy and purpose.

Determined to rise above her circumstances, Kellee pursued higher education and earned her Master’s in Social Work, MSW. Today, she is a dedicated advocate for individuals and families facing adversity, with a special focus on supporting the elderly population. Through her work, she ensures that their voices are heard, their needs are met, and their dignity is always protected.

For Kellee, family is the heart of everything she does. Being both a mother and a daughter keeps her grounded, while her professional journey allows her to extend that same care and compassion to others. Her life stands as a testament to transformation—proof that broken beginnings can lead to powerful and purposeful futures.

Within this sisterhood, Kellee brings authenticity, loyalty, and a deep passion for uplifting others. Her past taught her the value of connection, trust, and perseverance, and she believes every woman deserves a safe, supportive space to be seen, heard, and valued. Through the sorority, she strives to help build that very haven, living out the motto: “No sister left behind.”

Alongside her professional life, Kellee also embraces her creative side. She finds peace and joy in designing, crafting, and building with her hands—creative outlets that reflect her vibrant spirit and bring balance to her life. This creativity fuels her ability to inspire, innovate, and infuse every project and relationship with energy and purpose.

Helenikki Thompson is the Founder and Director of Master’s Training Academy K-12 Private Schoolin Altamonte Springs, Florida. Since opening the academy in 2016, she has dedicated her life to creating an innovative and nurturing environment where students can excel academically, artistically, and personally. Under her leadership, the school has grown into a respected institution that combines rigorous academics with unique enrichment programs such as music, arts, and after-school learning opportunities.

Nikki’s professional journey reflects her passion for service, education, and empowerment. She began her career as an accounts specialist with Hartman & Associates before advancing into leadership roles, including Office Manager at W.T. & Company and Licensed Mortgage Broker with Chiro & Company. In 2012, she became Vice President and Licensed Targeted Case Manager Trainer at ATM Targeted Case Management Company, where she trained professionals and guided organizational operations until founding her own school.

She holds multiple professional certifications and educational achievements: graduating as a Licensed Nail Technician in 1995, earning her Mortgage Broker license in 2006, becoming a Licensed Phlebotomistin 2009, becoming a certified Licensed Targeted Case Manager & Trainerin 2013, and becoming a Certified Behavioral Analyst in 2015. She later received her degree in Theology before being ordained as a Pastor in 2021. Nikki is currently enrolled at Seminole State College, pursuing a degree in Graphic Design—a reflection of her belief that continuing education is essential for personal and professional growth.

Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, Nikki is a devoted mother of three wonderful children, whom she considers her greatest achievement. Her son is currently in medical school; her oldest daughter holds a degree in music and is pursuing a master’s in music therapy; and her youngest daughter, a high school senior graduating with the Class of 2026, plans to study skin care and hair while exploring a degree in chemistry to create natural beauty products.

For Nikki, being a mother, educator, and lifelong learner are deeply intertwined roles that shape her mission—to inspire others to pursue knowledge, purpose, and excellence in every area of life.

Cynthia Agnew is a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse dedicated to advancing excellence in patient care and strengthening clinical leadership within assisted living and long-term care environments. With a strong foundation in both nursing and phlebotomy, she brings a comprehensive clinical background and a deep commitment to serving elderly populations with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has excelled in key leadership roles that highlight her expertise, integrity, and passion for mentorship:

• Director of Nursing (DON): Cynthia has successfully overseen full clinical operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, implementing quality-focused systems, and cultivating a culture of superior care through staff training and development.
• Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON): In this role, she provided essential clinical oversight, strengthened quality assurance practices, and served as a trusted resource and mentor for nursing teams.
• Wellness Director: Cynthia has played a pivotal role in designing and leading resident-centered wellness initiatives, coordinating interdisciplinary care strategies, and enhancing the overall quality of life for those she serves.

Cynthia is deeply committed to fostering growth in others. Her natural leadership, coupled with her dedication to compassionate, person-centered care, has made her a respected mentor within her profession. She believes in empowering healthcare teams to deliver care that is both clinically excellent and emotionally supportive.

Temeka Calvin is currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety at Columbia Southern University, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing her knowledge in workplace safety, healthcare compliance, and risk management.

With over five years of medical experience, Temeka serves as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with Heart and Vascular (full-time, two years) and a Pediatric ENT Medical Assistant (PRN) (three years). Prior to entering the healthcare field, she dedicated 13 years to hospitality with Hilton Worldwide, where she honed her expertise in customer service, leadership, and professional excellence.

Temeka has been happily married for 15 years and is the proud mother of four children, ages 19, 14, 11, and 6. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she enjoys traveling and singing, finding joy and balance through creativity and family experiences.

Takeya Gilliam is a dedicated educator, behavioral health professional, and community advocate whose life and career are grounded in resilience, service, and purpose. Born and raised in Oklahoma by a single mother of three, Takeya overcame significant childhood challenges that could have limited her trajectory. Through determination, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, she transformed adversity into a foundation for leadership and compassion.

With more than 15 years of experience in education and 8 years in the behavioral health field, Takeya has devoted her career to empowering individuals through both academic and personal development. Her work centers on equipping youth and families with the skills, knowledge, and support systems needed for sustainable success. Known for her empathetic approach and results-driven mindset, she has earned recognition as a trusted mentor, educator, and advocate for positive change.

Beyond her professional roles, Takeya actively serves on the boards of several youth-focused foundations throughout Oklahoma. In these capacities, she leverages her expertise and leadership to uplift underprivileged children by expanding access to educational opportunities, mentorship, and community-based resources. Her commitment to service is evident in her hands-on involvement with initiatives designed to nurture confidence, resilience, and long-term achievement in young people.

Takeya Gilliam’s journey reflects the power of perseverance, vision, and intentional service. She remains deeply passionate about using her lived experiences and professional knowledge to inspire others, advocate for underserved communities, and create a lasting, meaningful impact for future generations.

Jasz Thompson is a dynamic, multi-talented educator, musician, and leader whose passion for the arts and youth development continues to inspire those around her. A proud graduate of Master’s Training Academy, Class of 2019, Jasz excelled academically, graduating with a 4.2 GPA and delivering a memorable valedictorian address to her peers.

Following her graduation, Jasz pursued her passion for music by majoring in the field and is currently enrolled at the University of Central Florida, where she is earning her second degree in Music Performance with a concentration in Jazz Studies. Dedicated to using her musical gifts to make a difference, she is also working toward becoming a certified music therapist, specializing in supporting children with learning exceptionalities through the power of sound, rhythm, and creative expression.

Professionally, Jasz serves as an elementary teacher at Master’s Training Academy, where she integrates her love for the arts into the classroom. Her students thrive academically and artistically as she teaches not only core subjects but also American Sign Language, music, dance, and performing arts—cultivating well-rounded, expressive young learners.

In addition to her teaching and academic pursuits, Jasz leads an active lifestyle. She is a trained MMA fighter and instructor at Breakin Point MMA, a part-time photographer, and a dedicated mentor to youth. Her diverse skills, discipline, and creativity make her a model of excellence and perseverance.

Today, Jasz proudly serves as the Youth President of Lambda Kappa Tau Sorority, Incorporated, overseeing the Little Lillies and Young Tenacity youth divisions. Through this role, she provides guidance, structure, and inspiration to young girls, empowering them to lead with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

A Christian, singer, educator, scholar, MMA fighter, and leader, Jasz Thompson is a true embodiment of balance, ambition, and service—leading by example and showing that with faith, dedication, and heart, anything is possible.

Sonny Thompson is a 18-year-old high school senior in the graduating class of 2026. With a 4.0 GPA and a reputation for academic excellence, she serves as a math and English tutor at Master’s Training Academy, where she inspires younger students through her dedication and leadership.

Passionate about beauty and science, Sonny plans to attend Aveda in the summer to study hair and skincare. In the fall, she will further her education by majoring in Chemistry, combining her love for science with her personal experiences with eczema and allergies. Her goal is to create natural hair and skincare products for individuals with sensitive skin or allergic reactions, turning her challenges into a mission of care and innovation.

Beyond academics, Sonny is multi-talented and creative. She plays the electric guitar, crafts custom shoes, clothing, and accessories, and designs hair and skin products for cancer patients, blending artistry with compassion. After facing a major health challenge—being diagnosed with two heart conditions on her 17th birthday—Sonny used her recovery period to explore graphic design and digital editing, creating logos and projects for local businesses. Her successful surgery and full recovery have only deepened her strength and determination.

Sonny also serves as the National Youth Vice President and Tenacity Lead Mentor of the organization’s national leadership team—making her the youngest member to hold such a prestigious position. In her role, she oversees and mentors the Tenacity youth group with grace and maturity beyond her years.

A devoted follower of Christ and an avid reader, Sonny embodies faith, intellect, and perseverance. She is a true example of what it means to lead with heart, live with purpose, and stand with tenacity.

Gwendolyn D. Wattley is a dedicated leader, retired Deputy Sheriff, and woman of deep faith whose life’s work reflects a profound commitment to service, protection, and empowerment. With more than two decades of experience in law enforcement, she built a distinguished career grounded in integrity, compassion, and unwavering strength. During her 20 years in uniform, Gwendolyn served her community with honor—protecting families, guiding those in need, and upholding justice with steadfast professionalism.
Her passion for uplifting others extends far beyond her years in public service. Gwendolyn is a mentor, motivator, and advocate for personal growth, consistently creating environments where individuals—especially women—can develop confidence, character, and purpose. Known for her calm leadership and genuine heart, she leads with intention, encouraging unity and inspiring others to step boldly into their potential.

Before stepping into full-time entrepreneurship, Tryphena built a distinguished 17-year career with the United States Postal Service, where she oversaw daily delivery operations, supported employee performance, and ensured compliance with accuracy, efficiency, and service standards. Her leadership—marked by clarity, professionalism, and a natural ability to inspire—earned her the respect of colleagues and the trust of those she led.

Taneula Tolbert, born in Orlando, Florida, is a dedicated wife, mother, entrepreneur, and servant leader whose life reflects faith, family, and purposeful work. She attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she developed the foundation for her future endeavors in business and service. For the past nine years, Taneula has thrived as a successful business owner, operating two cleaning companies: Mr. Bucket and Mrs. Mop, Inc. and MM & T Cleaning Services, LLC. Through these enterprises, she has built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and professional integrity, consistently providing quality service to her clients and community. Taneula has been happily married for 29 years to Rev. Michael Tolbert, a partnership rooted in faith and mutual support. Together, they have raised four children and are the proud grandparents of seven.
Known for her warm spirit and unwavering devotion, Taneula loves the Lord and is passionate about serving others. Whether through her businesses, her ministry connections, or her community involvement, she approaches every role with compassion, commitment, and grace.

 Demetria Yolanda Hunt is a proud United States Army veteran, having honorably retired as a Staff Sergeant after 20 years and 1 day of dedicated service. A woman of resilience, compassion, and unwavering faith, she brings the same discipline and commitment into every aspect of her professional and personal life.

A devoted mother of five and grandmother of eight, Demetria’s journey reflects a lifelong passion for service and empowerment. She has more than 20 years of experience across Human Resources, Customer Service, and Domestic Violence Advocacy—fields in which she has consistently demonstrated leadership, empathy, and a strong belief that every individual deserves dignity, equality, and respect.

Demetria currently serves as a Federal employee with the Department of the Army, continuing her legacy of service to both her country and her community. Alongside her federal career, she is a self-taught baker and cook, transforming her creativity and hands-on skill into a new professional path. She is currently enrolled at ECPI University, pursuing an Associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry with a minor in Culinary Arts. Upon completion, she plans to finalize her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, merging her culinary talents with strong business foundations.
